• Pad Set for Military Ballistic Helmets
  SKYDEX created a new, removable padding liner for military helmets that can be positioned in the most comfortable arrangement for the user. With three different sizes of pads and three different liner shapes, SKYDEX, takes up less space and weight than traditional padding. SKYDEX has secured its market potential by creating energy absorbing liners used in helmets for ground troops and aviators. The Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH), Personal Armor System for Ground Troops (PASGT) Retrofit, and Lightweight helmet (LWH) liner sets provide superior protection and comfort for the US Armed Forces
   
     

Body Padding SKYDEX designs knee and elbow pads that reduce the weight of the padding and increase shock absorption and durability. Our SKYDEX padding inserts can be used with advanced combat uniforms to eliminate bulky padding. SKYDEX is partners with Hatch Corporation and Bijan's Protective Products on knee and elbow pads for the military and law enforcement communities.   Military Seating Using alternative opposing square geometry, SKYDEX has created helicopter seating that reduces back strain while retaining its construction integrity over time. SKYDEX engineers are developing new replacement parts for Humvees that provide crash protection and improve comfort. Custom shock absorbing components provide blast mitigation, protecting soldiers from Improvised Explosive Device (IED) encounters.   Boat Decking SKYDEX developed boat decking for the military's fastest boats. High performance boat mats decrease impact and shock on the rough seas.
